Who we are

This website is operated by Wellpaged ("we," "us," or "our"), a web design agency based in the United States. Our primary domain is wellpaged.com. Questions about this policy can be directed to garrett@wellpaged.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers data collected through wellpaged.com and its subpages, including any speculative concept pages hosted under client subpaths (e.g., wellpaged.com/business-name/). It does not cover third-party websites we may link to.

Information we collect

Analytics data

We use two analytics tools, applied differently depending on the page:

Cloudflare Web Analytics (all pages)

All pages on this site use Cloudflare Web Analytics. This is a cookieless, privacy-first analytics tool. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. Data collected is aggregated — page views, referrers, browser type, and country-level location. No consent banner is required because no cookies or cross-site tracking are involved.

Google Analytics 4 (agency homepage only, with consent)

The Wellpaged agency homepage uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our site. GA4 is only loaded after you have given explicit consent via the cookie banner. If you decline, GA4 does not load and no Google cookies are set.

When consent is given, GA4 may collect: pages visited, time on site, referral source, device and browser type, and approximate location at the city or region level. This data is used solely to improve the agency website.

GA4 is not loaded on any speculative client concept pages — those pages use only Cloudflare Web Analytics.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the cookie preferences link in the site footer. For more information, see Google's privacy policy.

Information you provide

We do not currently operate a contact form. If you contact us directly by email, we retain your message and email address solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your contact information with third parties.

Cookies

We use cookies in a limited way:

  • Consent cookie — set by our cookie consent manager (Klaro) to remember your analytics preference. This cookie is strictly necessary for the consent mechanism to function. It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking.
  • Google Analytics cookies — set only if you have consented to analytics on the agency homepage. These cookies are set by Google and are governed by Google's privacy policy.

No cookies of any kind are set on speculative client concept pages.

How we use information

We use collected information only to:

  • Understand how the agency website is used so we can improve it
  • Respond to direct email inquiries

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not use remarketing or retargeting.

Speculative client concept pages

Some pages on this site are speculative web design concepts created for prospective clients. These pages are created from publicly available information and are marked with a disclaimer in the footer. They are not indexed by search engines and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the individuals or businesses they depict. If you are the subject of a concept page and would like it removed, contact us at garrett@wellpaged.com and we will remove it promptly.

Data retention

Email inquiries are retained until the matter is resolved and for a reasonable period afterward. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per our GA4 settings, after which it is automatically deleted. Cloudflare Web Analytics data is retained per Cloudflare's standard data retention schedule.

Speculative client concept pages are taken offline within 30–60 days if a pitch is not pursued.

Your rights (US visitors)

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights regarding your personal information under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or similar state laws. Because we collect minimal personal data and do not sell data, most of these rights are satisfied by our baseline practices. If you have a specific request, contact us at garrett@wellpaged.com.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves — for example, when a contact form is added or when we expand outside the United States. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
