Ambassador Program Terms

These Ambassador Program Terms ("Program Terms") govern your participation in the Wellpaged Ambassador Program (the "Program") run by Wellpaged LLC, a California limited liability company ("Wellpaged," "we," "us," or "our"). They add to our Terms of Service, which also apply to you. If the two conflict on something about the Program, these Program Terms control.

By accepting a place in the Program, sharing your ambassador link, or displaying the ambassador badge, you agree to these Program Terms.

1. Joining the Program

The Program is by approval only. You can apply on wellpaged.com, or we may invite you. We decide who joins, and we may decline any application without giving a reason.

You must be at least 18 years old and have a Wellpaged account using the same email address we approved. Your Program dashboard, link, and rewards are tied to that account.

2. Your Referral Link

Once approved, you receive a unique referral link, shown in your account dashboard. Someone who signs up through your link receives the introductory offer described at sign-up (currently their first month free). We may change that offer for future sign-ups.

A visit through your link is remembered on that person's device for 30 days from their most recent visit through it. A sign-up counts toward you only if it happens within that window and on that device. If they open another ambassador's link before signing up, the most recent link gets the credit.

3. What Counts as a Referral

A "Qualified Referral" is a new Wellpaged customer who meets all of the following:

• They signed up through your link as described in Section 2;
• They are not you, and not an account you own, control, or created;
• They had no paid Wellpaged subscription before; and
• Their first paid subscription charge (after any free period) was collected successfully and has not been refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed.

Each customer site counts once. Our records decide what counts. If a customer you genuinely brought in signed up without your link, you may ask us to credit them. Whether we do is at our discretion.

We may remove a referral from your count at any time if it turns out not to meet these conditions, including because of a later refund or chargeback, or suspected fraud.

4. Per-Referral Bonus

For each Qualified Referral you earn the per-referral bonus shown in your dashboard (currently $10). It stays pending for 14 days after the customer's first paid charge. If that charge is refunded or disputed in that time, the bonus is cancelled. After 14 days, it becomes available to cash out.

5. Tiers and Rewards

As your total Qualified Referrals grow, you reach tiers. Each tier's reward is given once.

5.1 1 year free

Twelve months of your Wellpaged plan for one site at no charge, applied as a discount to your subscription. If you don't have a subscription when you reach Bronze, it applies to one you start within 12 months. It has no cash value.

5.2 Free for life

Your Wellpaged plan for one site at no charge for as long as we offer the Service and your account stays in good standing. If we retire your plan, we will move you to a comparable one at no charge. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

5.3 Cash bonuses

The Silver, Platinum, and Diamond bonuses are added to your available balance once we confirm the tier, and are cashed out as described in Section 6.

5.4 Studio+ page

At Platinum, we design and build one Studio+ page for you: a multi-page website with 3D design, custom built to your liking. We agree its scope and timeline with you before we start. Studio+ sites are priced individually, so any cost of keeping it live after launch is also agreed with you in writing before we start. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

5.5 Tiers you have earned stay earned

If refunds or chargebacks later lower your count, you keep the tier and badge you already reached. This does not apply to tiers reached through fraud or a breach of these Program Terms, which we may revoke along with their rewards.

5.6 Timing

We will contact you within 30 days of your reaching a tier to deliver its reward.

5.7 Extra gifts

We may occasionally send ambassadors extra gifts at our discretion. They are not guaranteed, not owed, and have no cash value.

6. Payouts and Taxes

You can request a payout of your available balance from your dashboard. We pay by hand, usually within 14 days, by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or bank transfer. We may ask for the details we need to pay you.

You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. Before paying you, we may ask for tax information, such as a Form W-9 if you are in the United States or a Form W-8BEN if you are not. We may hold payouts until we have it. Where the law requires, for example when we pay you $600 or more in a calendar year, we will report those payments, such as on Form 1099-NEC.

7. The Ambassador Badge

While you are in the Program, you may display the Wellpaged ambassador badge on your Wellpaged page and use it to identify yourself as a Wellpaged ambassador on your social profiles. The badge shows the tier you have reached and updates on its own. You may not alter it, show a tier you have not reached, or use it in a way that suggests you work for Wellpaged or speak for us.

This is a limited, revocable permission. It ends when you leave the Program or when we ask you to stop.

8. How You Promote Wellpaged

When you share your link, you agree to:

• Disclose the relationship. Make it clear that you earn rewards when people sign up through you, as the U.S. Federal Trade Commission requires. Put the disclosure next to the link, in plain words such as "I get rewarded if you sign up" or "#ad".
• Be accurate. Describe Wellpaged's features, pricing, and offers truthfully and as they currently are.
• Follow the rules of each platform you post on, and all applicable laws, including anti-spam laws.

You agree not to:

• Refer yourself, create accounts to refer, or refer accounts you control;
• Pay, reward, or share your earnings with people for signing up;
• Send unsolicited bulk messages or post your link in places that prohibit it;
• Bid on "Wellpaged" or similar terms in paid search ads, or register domains or social handles containing "Wellpaged";
• Post your link on coupon or deal sites without our written permission; or
• Present yourself as Wellpaged or as speaking for us.

9. Our Relationship

You take part in the Program as an independent participant. You are not our employee, agent, partner, or representative. You cannot make commitments on our behalf, and we do not reimburse expenses.

10. Changes, Suspension, and Leaving

We may change or end the Program, including its tiers and rewards, by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email or in your dashboard. Rewards for tiers you reached before a change takes effect will still be delivered.

We may suspend or remove you from the Program immediately if we reasonably believe you have broken these Program Terms or acted fraudulently. If that happens, we may withhold any bonuses and rewards connected to the breach. You may leave the Program at any time by emailing us. Bonuses already available to you when you leave will still be paid.

11. General

The limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law and venue sections of our Terms of Service apply to the Program. We may update these Program Terms as described in Section 10. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
